On select occasions Brae Manor rents the property for afternoon garden weddings. Whether you want an intimate gathering of closest friends and family, or a catered event for 125 people, Brae Manor can provide the space. Booking is by referral or/and interview only. Rental can include use of the grounds and pool house, the main floor of the house and garage/barn. Rental for a wedding (including availability for set-up and rehearsal the night before and a day grace for clean-up) begins at $5000.00 Brae Manor reserves the right to refuse bookings. Brae Manor does not plan or host weddings but is happy to offer advice as to what does and doesn’t work on the property. Customer responsible for portable washroom rentals, any additional permits or insurance and refundable damage deposit
